I finally found the app for people who suck at taking photos and people who suck at posing naturally (both of which runs in my family)! The Ulike app has pose templates that you can just align to take photos with cool poses and a good split of background and foreground. Plus it has a lot of filters that you can toggle on and off, and a lot of other features for the more skilled photographers. I highly recommend!
