So I’ve been seeing a couple questions here and there in the comments that I’ve been meaning to address, but kept forgetting to because of my goldfish memory.
1. Are the chapters split in half?
The chapters are split in half, so like chp 900 should be in chp 450 in the raws. However, I think different raw sites also split the chapters differently since I’ve switched a couple sites due to previous sites going down, and with the raw site I’m using now, the chp numbering is a bit off.
2. Why split the chapters?
The reason why I split them is so that I can manage time commitment and my carpal tunnel better. In regards to time commitment, when I started translating this series, my promise was 5 split chps a week, which was about 4-5 hours of work each week with translating, editing, posting on Patreon, prepping the pages on the site, then posting them (As of now this series is still a one woman army, welcoming translator apps). And with my carpal tunnel, I need to take a break like every half an hour of translating, which is about every half a chapter, so it works better to just split the chapters up beforehand. Since there were barely any chapter titles and only arc titles anyways, I just split up the chps then came up with a chp title while editing.
3. What is the release rate?
Uhh, as of now release rates are based on Patreon support. The current rate for March is 7 chps a week, with 14 bonus chps as thanks to the support from all the readers, including you guys who are reading on the site, sharing reactions, and leaving comments. Thank you all! <3
The site releases should correspond with the $1 Patreon pledge tier, but when I was short on time, my order of priority was translate (since my hands can only handle translating like 3 chps a day), then edit, post on Patreon, then post on the site. So right now, the site is pretty far behind… I took the last two days to prep more chps for the site tho, so expect consistent releases for the next couple weeks (since I also just got kicked out from my college and is now an official quaranteen). Maybe also expect a chapter dump one of these days.
